The 873DO has the capability to accept input from one or two separate sensors. 

The analyzer can then be configured to measure either in concentration units 

(ppm, % saturation, % oxygen in air) or it can report the ratio or difference of the two sensors.

SENSOR DIAGNOSTICS

When used with the Foxboro 871DO-C Sensor, the 873DO offers several sensor diagnostic features.

The analyzer periodically monitors the sensor for membrane fouling, membrane breakage, and loss of

internal filling solution. Mnemonic error messages appear on the display and alternate with the measurement value at a one second rate. 

These diagnostics alert the user of common sensor problems, reducing preventive maintenance and downtime.
