M2JA系列危險(xiǎn)環(huán)境用隔爆型三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)，采用“Ex d”型防爆，適用于石化工廠等危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所，最高表面溫度組別為T1～T5。其外殼能夠承受通過外殼任何接觸面或結(jié)構(gòu)間隙滲透到電機(jī)內(nèi)部的可燃性混合物造成的爆炸而不損壞，防爆性能通過LCIE（BV）認(rèn)證。

M2JA series flameproof three-phase induction motors for hazardous environments, with “Ex d” type of protection, are specially designed for zones with T1-T5 group maximum surface temperature. The M2JA series motors are certified by LCIE (BV).

雙頻寬電壓
電壓范圍220V-690V*,適用50Hz和60Hz電源。
噪聲低
通過優(yōu)化電磁設(shè)計(jì)、通風(fēng)狀況、結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸等技術(shù)，M2JA系列電動(dòng)機(jī)的噪聲較低。
軸承負(fù)載能力高
電動(dòng)機(jī)選用深溝球軸承，壽命長(zhǎng)，機(jī)座號(hào)80-132電動(dòng)機(jī)為永久型潤(rùn)滑，機(jī)座號(hào)160-355電機(jī)設(shè)有加油裝置。
可靠性好
電動(dòng)機(jī)為全封閉風(fēng)冷結(jié)構(gòu)，防護(hù)等級(jí)IP55，村料及工藝符合環(huán)境要求。電動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，堅(jiān)固耐用，防銹防腐性強(qiáng)。繞組可靠性好，采用F級(jí)絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)，B級(jí)考核。并可根據(jù)用戶需要增加PTC熱敏電阻。

Technical Features
Dual frequency, wide voltage
the rated voltage is 220V-690V, 50Hz and 60Hz supplies applicable.
Low noise
The M2JA range has been designed to minimize motors noise levels,by means of improving magnetic and electrical design, ventilator condition, and structure assembling size and technology.
Bearings with high load capacity
Motors are provided with deep-groove ball bearings, the lifetime is extended. motors in sizes80-132 are greased for life, and those in sizes160-355 have a regreasing device as a standard.
High reliability
Motor are to totally enclosed fan cooled Ip55.materials and procedures satisfy with environmental requirements. the motor is mechanically strong and corrosion resistant. windings have a good reliability in class F insulation, and class B inspection. PTC theromistors are available on request.
